Our Customer Charter 2010

Our Customer Charter is a new initiative born out of the feedback surveys our clients have kindly completed. Our customers tell us about the good things we do, through our feedback surveys and many written testimonials. It is important that a fast paced and rapidly growing company such as ours takes the time to ensure that are standards remain at their best.

Our customer Charter is being launched in October 2010, although we are delighted with what our clients say; we can also keep up our current commitments to a standard the whole industry can be proud of.

Our clients are pleased enough to take the time to write down what they think of us it would be wrong not to make a commitment such as our Customer Charter.

This is going to be a lasting project and one which will not see all our commitments happening overnight. Our aim is to give constant feedback on a quarterly basis to allow our clients, and prospective clients, to check back and see how we are getting on… Check back in December 2010 for our first audit. In March of 2011 we intend to publish an independent report with a full update.

Accountancy doesn’t have to be complicated

1. We are committed to providing good quality, sound advice to our clients in a manner which is easy to understand– we are praised for our ability to explain things in an easy to understand fashion, we aim to keep our high track record of ‘professionalism with added realism’

2. We are aiming to be the friendliest Accountants both in our area and in the licensed trade – 97% of our clients said we are friendly and efficient, this is a great foundation for us to grow on and something our team is immensely proud of.

3. We are aiming to give our clients a bespoke, affordable accounting solution; giving only the best advice on the services we have to offer – we have a vast amount of services to offer which our clients can choose from, we are in the process of reworking our pricing structure to give clear and precise pricing which our clients can use to tailor their own accountancy package.

Help for our clients when they need it most

1. We are aiming to improve our customer contact and increase our activity throughout a trading year – some of our clients are already using our management reporting system and we plan to increase our customer support and business development programme through use of this and other methods.

2. We are looking to introduce services above and beyond those traditionally expected of an accountant – We have some strategic alliances already offering our clients an all important value added service; this is due to increase through 2011.

Commitment and continued support of local sports clubs

1. We plan to increase our support of local youth sports teams during 2011 – we are proud to have sponsored Droitwich RFC U14’s in 2009/10 season and will continue to do so during 2011. We are looking to add another sponsorship in 2011, watch this space.
