Time to Tackle Rent and Rates Reviews
Now is the time for Pubs and Restaurants to check their rateable values before the new tariff takes effect at the start of April 2010.
Business rate bills are expected to start landing on doormats this month an the Valuation Office Agency has warned this is the last chance for businesses to make a challenge.
The VOA’s revaluation project manager, Steve Bliss, said: “It’s important that businesses check their rateable values to make sure the details are correct and contact us if they have any concerns. If the details are wrong we want to correct them now."
